Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel
Our assigned packages can include carbon-steel and stainless-steel piping with the fittings, flanges, valves, supports and equipment connections required for the mechanical work.
PROCESS PIPING • WATER & WASTEWATER • TEXAS
Process-Mechanical Construction for Treatment Plants & Pump Stations.
We support process-piping and mechanical construction packages for treatment plants, pump stations and public infrastructure across Texas. Our field experience includes interior and exterior process-piping systems, large-bore piping, pumps, valves, mechanical equipment and equipment connections. Depending on the package, we can furnish specified materials, install assigned piping and equipment scopes, include insulation and heat trace through qualified specialty support, and support the testing and turnover required by the project.
OUR MECHANICAL SCOPE
We support material-supply packages, assigned mechanical installation scopes, or a combination of both. Trade boundaries, testing requirements and turnover responsibilities are established by the project documents and our accepted subcontract.
Our assigned packages can include carbon-steel and stainless-steel piping with the fittings, flanges, valves, supports and equipment connections required for the mechanical work.
We install pumps and packaged mechanical equipment and make the piping, valve and equipment connections assigned to us.
Our assigned packages can include project-specified PVC, CPVC and HDPE systems and transitions, with qualified specialty support when the work requires it.
We can furnish and install valves, fittings, hangers, supports and related mechanical accessories included with the piping and equipment package.
Our package can include mechanical insulation and heat trace when specified, with qualified specialty support where required.
For supply-only work, we can furnish specified pipe, fittings, valves, supports, pumps, equipment, insulation, heat-trace materials and related mechanical components.
When our work meets rigging, controls or other specialty trades, we coordinate those connections with the project team.
For installed work, we can support the testing, startup assistance, commissioning coordination, documentation and turnover included in our mechanical scope.
HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOUR PACKAGE
Prime contractors and project teams can engage us for supply-only support, furnish-and-install work, or a defined combination of both. The package determines our material, installation, testing and turnover responsibilities.
If installation is being handled by your team or another trade, we can furnish the specified piping, equipment and related mechanical materials.
For an assigned mechanical package, we can combine material supply with field installation, equipment connections, and the testing and turnover requirements included in our scope.
Our final scope, trade boundaries and specialty requirements follow the project documents and accepted subcontract.
WATER & PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE
We support appropriately scoped mechanical packages for water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, process facilities and public-infrastructure projects across Texas.
SITE & SYSTEM CONNECTIONS
Depending on the project, our assigned scope can include aboveground process piping, yard-piping interfaces, underground-to-aboveground transitions, and connections to pumps, valves and treatment equipment.
FIELD EXPERIENCE
Our completed commercial and public-sector mechanical work includes interior and exterior process-piping systems, large-bore piping, pumps, valves, mechanical equipment, equipment replacement and work in operating facilities. That experience is directly relevant to the process-mechanical packages we support in water and wastewater infrastructure.
Replacement of multiple commercial boilers with associated large-bore piping, valves, equipment connections and testing support in an operating facility.
Hydronic shutdown planning →Commercial chiller replacement with chilled-water piping, pumps, valves, equipment connections and startup support.
HVAC replacement planning →Mechanical pump and accessory replacement coordinated with controls, equipment interfaces and specialty trades.
